Empire Designs provides website design, brand, and search/SEO services. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

02Payment

Fees, deposits, and billing schedules are set out in your proposal or agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring retainers continue until cancelled per the terms of your agreement.

03Intellectual property

Content on this site (copy, design, imagery, and code) is owned by Empire Designs unless noted. Ownership of work we produce for a client transfers per that client's agreement, typically on final payment.

04Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site. No attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or submit unlawful or abusive content through our forms.

05Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
